Harley Email Digest

How to setup for sending Plain Text Email

This method will allow you to select Plain Text email for a specific Email address such as the Harley Digest posting address.

click on the Outlook Express addresses button
- scroll down to the address you want, single click to highlight it
- click on the properties tab
  - click on the name tab
  - in the lower left hand corner is a checkbox that says send email using plain text only,
    make sure there is a check mark in the box.
when you actually send a message, it will show you a prompt when you click the send button,
that says you are sending this document as a rich text html...
on the left are three buttons, the center button says , send plain text.
click there, then it goes out and gets accepted by the Harley Digest
